By using the Site or its related sub-domains, sites, mobile app, services and tools, you hereby accept these terms and conditions and represent that you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. By accessing or using the site, service and Software you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access, register with or use this Site & related services. This Site is owned and operated by Sazman Ecom Pvt. Limited.

You can raise a Return Request for your item by following the steps below:
1. Tap on ‘Order History’ under ‘My Orders’
2. Choose the item to be Returned
3. Enter details requested and create a return request

We may reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notification. All Changes will be effective immediately after posted on the Site with no other notice provided. Please check these Terms and Conditions regularly for updates. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to Terms and Conditions of use constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Website, and any service or material we provide on the Website, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason at all or any part of the website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of the website, or the entire website, to users, including registered users. You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the website To access the website or some of the resources it offers, you may be asked to provide certain registration details or other information. It is a condition of your use of the website that all the information you provide on the website is correct, current and complete. You agree that all information you provide to register with the website or otherwise, including but not limited to through the use of any interactive features on the website, is governed by our Privacy Policy, and you consent to all actions we take with respect to your information consistent with our Privacy Policy. If you choose, or are provided with, a user name, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any other person or entity. You also acknowledge that your account is personal to you and agree not to provide any other person with access to the website or portions of it using your user name, password or other security information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your user name or password or any other breach of security. You also agree to ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. We have the right to disable any user name, password or other identifier, whether chosen by you or provided by us, at any time in our sole discretion for any or no reason, including if, in our opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your visit to the Site. The personal information / data provided to us by you or your use of the Site will be treated as strictly confidential, in accordance with the Privacy Agreement and applicable laws and regulations. If you object to your information being transferred or used in the manner specified in the Privacy Agreement, please do not use the Site

The website and its entire contents, features and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video and audio, and the design, selection and arrangement thereof), are owned by the Company, its licensors or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. These Terms & Conditions permit you to use the website for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any of the material on our website, except as follows:

• Your electronic mobile device may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your browser for display enhancement purposes.
• If we provide social media features with certain content, you may take such actions as are enabled by such features.

You must not:

• Modify copies of any materials from the website.
• Use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from the accompanying text.
• Delete or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices from copies of materials from the website.

You must not access or use for any commercial purposes any part of the website or any services or materials available through the website. If you wish to make any use of material on the website other than that set out in this section, please address your request to help@lalaland.pk If you print, copy, modify, download or otherwise use or provide any other person with access to any part of the website in breach of the Terms & Conditions, your right to use the website will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made. No right, title or interest in or to the website or any content on the website is transferred to you, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Company. Any use of the website not expressly permitted by these Terms & Conditions is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may violate copyright, trademark and other laws.

The Company name, website name, the Company logo and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks or registered trademarks of the Company or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks like our graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts and service names are the trademarks or trade dress and may not be used in connection with any product or service that does not belong to us or in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits us. All other trademarks that appear on this Site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by us.

We understand that Customer information is private and confidential. Therefore, Customer’s purchase history will be kept private and will not be used by us, or shared with/sold to any third parties in any way. Customer trust is valued and great care is taken to ensure customer data is protected via multiple encryption layers and is visible only to the Customer. Customer Information and Usability

• Information given by Customer: Various types of information is collected when Customers place an order on the lalaland.pk Marketplace. Information is collected, stored and processed, solely for processing the purchase and any possible claims later. Personal information including, but not limited to, Customer title, name, gender, date of birth, email address, postal address, delivery address (if different), telephone number, mobile number, fax number, payment details, will be collected.
• Use of Information: This information will be used to process orders and to provide the services and information offered through lalaland.pk requested by the Customer. Further, this information provided by the Customer will be used to maintain records, improve the user interface of lalaland.pk Marketplace and customize it for users, carry out research on users' demographics, send information Customer may find useful or which has been requested, including information about our products and services, provided Customer has indicated that he/she does not object to being contacted for these purposes. Customer will also consent to receive communications from lalaland.pk, such as e-mails, texts, mobile push notifications, and copies of these communications will be retained in the lalaland.pk account for Customer records.
• Promotional Offers and Feedback: Subject to obtaining Customer consent, contact will be by email with details of products and services. The Customer can choose to opt out of receiving marketing communications from lalaland.pk. The Customer can be sent periodic emails of satisfaction surveys as well.
• Third Party Service Providers: Customer name and address is passed on to a third party in order to make the delivery of the product (for example a courier or supplier). Customer must only submit the information which is accurate, updated and not misleading. Customer details are stored by lalaland.pk but cannot be retrieved directly by anyone. However, the Customer can add or update the information as required.

Customer Privacy: Appropriate technical and security measures to prevent unauthorized, or unlawful access to, or accidental loss of, or destruction or damage to, Customer information are in place. Information is collected on secure servers. lalaland.pk security procedures may occasionally request proof of identity of Customer before personal information is disclosed. The Customer is responsible for protecting unauthorized access to his/her lalaland.pk account.

All purchases of physical items from the lalaland.pk Marketplace are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier. The Customer is also responsible for ensuring the product is undamaged in case he/she wants to return it.

Lalaland.pk attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, lalaland.pk does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any Marketplace product/service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free, neither lalaland.pk assumes any liability for any difference in the product description and the actual product.

Packaging is the sole responsibility of the merchant and lalaland.pk is sole responsible for the shipping and delivery or return of the product. The final price paid from the lalaland.pk account will include packaging, shipping and delivery charges, based on the Customer’s location. The Customer should be aware that merchants might be able to make changes to an order if they have not yet shipped it, but some merchants begin processing orders almost as soon as they are placed. If the Customer wants to change or cancel order, he/she should contact the lalaland.pk helpline +92-3-111-88-5252 immediately, as such requests will not be processed after the order has been confirmed. lalaland.pk team will take up the matter with concern vendor if the request is received within the accepted time. The decision of reversal or cancelation order will be on the discretion of vendor/merchant. lalaland.pk itself cannot cancel or change an order on the Customer’s behalf and will not refund for shipping charges.

All prices are listed in Rupees and are inclusive of GST and are listed on the Site by the seller that is selling the product or service. Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the price shown at that time. It is also possible that an item's price may decrease between the time you place it in your basket and the time you purchase it. We do not offer price matching for any items sold by any seller on our Site or other websites. We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Site to our users; however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the Site. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your prepayment processed. If such a cancellation occurs on your prepaid order, our policies for refund will apply. We list availability of the information for products listed on the Site, including on each product information page. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the Site, we cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. You may be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the order.

In order to avoid any fraud with credit or debit cards, we reserve the right to obtain validation of your payment details before providing you with the product and to verify the personal information you shared with us. This verification can take the shape of an identity, place of residence, or banking information check. The absence of an answer following such an inquiry will automatically cause the cancellation of the order within a reasonable timeline. We reserve the right to proceed to direct cancellation of an order for which we suspect a risk of fraudulent use of banking instruments or other reasons without prior notice or any subsequent legal liability.

The Customer can submit disputes/complaints from within lalaland.pk. If he/she wishes, an email can be sent directly to customercare@lalaland.pk or a call be placed to +92-3-111-88-5252. The comments will be considered carefully and a response will be given in 7 business days. Customer’s complaint will be fully resolved within 15 business days of date of receipt. The Customer can raise a dispute/complaint within 7 days of submitting payment. Any dispute or claim relating in any way to the use of any products or services sold or distributed by lalaland.pk will be resolved by referring to the Merchant Agreement. The dispute, if any will be handled by the merchant/seller as per its customer complaint policy and will be between the merchant/seller and the customer. The laws of Pakistan will govern the dispute between the merchant /seller and the customer. lalaland.pk in no event will be liable to refund or return any amount. In case a complaint is received when any applicable tax is deposited to concerned authorities, the Customer will bear the applicable tax charge. In case a complaint is received when applicable tax is with the lalaland.pk or the merchant, same will be refunded to the Customer. Cases of Dispute The item was materially different: Customer should wait 14 business days for the delivery of tangible items or services before filing a complaint. However, a complaint needs to be submitted within 7 days of making payment. If a merchant has clearly misrepresented the condition or details of an item in a way that affects its value or utility, it is "materially different" and that merchant should be willing to offer a refund or exchange within 14days of shipment. If the merchant does not accept the return of an item that is made in accordance with the Merchant's Return Policy in the Merchant Agreement, the Customer may qualify for a refund. Items are considered "materially different" in these circumstances:

• Wrong version
• Item condition or details not as described
• Wrong item
• Missing parts or components
• Defective item
• Damaged item

When submitting a dispute within lalaland.pk with the reason "materially different," the Customer will need to select one of the reasons above and provide comments explaining why the item received is materially different from the item purchased. The payment was debited from lalaland.pk but order was not confirmed: Customer must immediately report the dispute from within lalaland.pk. As part of the dispute resolution process, Marketplace Operations will contact both parties in the transaction. If it is determined that the Customer is not responsible for the problem, he/she will be reimbursed exclusive of applicable taxes. In case customer lodged complaint when applicable taxes is deposited to concerned authorities, the Customer will bear the applicable tax charge. In case customer lodged the complaint when applicable tax is with the lalaland.pk or merchant, same will be refunded to the Customer. Although Marketplace Operations will try to complete the investigation as soon as possible, it can take up to 15 business days before reaching a conclusion. During this time, the Customer might be contacted to obtain additional information about the situation. Merchant does not cooperate in case of a dispute: Any merchant that fails to cooperate in good faith to resolve a Customer's complaint may have its account privileges restricted or terminated from the Marketplace. Marketplace Operations Team also expects merchants to respond to email correspondence concerning complaints against them within 7 days. Finally, future sales’ payment will be put on hold in a merchant's account if the merchant does not respond timely to a dispute or does not honour a commitment made to resolve a dispute within a reasonable amount of time. Requirements to Submit a Dispute

• The dispute must be timely submitted.
• The reason must be clearly mentioned.
• The required information on the dispute form must be provided.
• If the error is proven to be due to the Customer’s behaviour, no refund or coverage will be given to the Customer.

You understand that we cannot and do not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading from the internet or the website will be free of viruses or other destructive code. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your particular requirements for anti-virus protection and accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to our website for any reconstruction of any lost data. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the app or any services or items obtained through the website or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website / app linked to it. Your use of the website, its content and any services or items obtained through the website is at your own risk. The website, its content and any services or items obtained through the website are provided on an “as is" and “as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Neither the company nor any person associated with the company makes any warranty or representation with respect to the completeness, security, reliability, quality, accuracy or availability of the website. Without limiting the foregoing, neither the company nor anyone associated with the company represents or warrants that the app, its content or any services or items obtained through the website will be accurate, reliable, error-free or uninterrupted, that defects will be corrected, that our website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components or that the website or any services or items obtained through the website will otherwise meet your needs or expectations. The company hereby disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, non-infringement and fitness for particular purpose. The foregoing does not affect any warranties which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Lalaland.pk hereby limits all liabilities for any transaction by the Customer, investors or subscribers at the Marketplace of lalaland.pk. All services, products or investment at the Marketplace of lalaland.pk are offered through independent entities and role of the lalaland.pk is only confined to provide payment-processing services for the Marketplace. You acknowledge and undertake that you are accessing the services on the Site and transacting at your own risk and are using your best and prudent judgment before entering into any transactions through the Site. We shall neither be liable or responsible for any actions or inactions of sellers nor any breach of conditions, representations or warranties by the sellers or manufacturers of the products nor hereby expressly disclaim and any all responsibility and liability in that regard. We shall not mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between you and the sellers or manufacturers of the products. We further expressly disclaim any warranties or representations (express or implied) in respect of quality, suitability, accuracy, reliability, completeness, timeliness, performance, safety, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or legality of the products listed or displayed or transacted or the content (including product or pricing information and/or specifications) on the Site. While we have taken precautions to avoid inaccuracies in content, this Site, all content, information (including the price of products), software, products, services and related graphics are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We do not implicitly or explicitly support or endorse the sale or purchase of any products on the Site. At no time shall any right, title or interest in the products sold through or displayed on the Site vest with us nor shall lalaland.pk have any obligations or liabilities in respect of any transactions on the Site.

All matters relating to the website and these Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of Pakistan or any other jurisdiction).

Any legal suit, action or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms & Conditions or the website shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms & Conditions in your jurisdiction of residence or any other relevant jurisdiction. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

Any cause of action or claim you may have arising out of or relating to these terms of use or the website must be commenced within Seven (7) days after the cause of action accrues, otherwise, such cause of action or claim is permanently barred.

No waiver by the Company of any term or condition set forth in these Terms & Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of the Company to assert a right or provision under these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms & Conditions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Sazman Ecom Private Limited with respect to the website and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the website.

You may log on to our website or use our website to connect with, including but not limited to other users, contributors and to engage with/in media programmes, media personalities, show hosts and other persons. You expressly and unequivocally agree and acknowledge that all opinions, statements, discussion, views information, whether oral or in writing, that happen between you and any such persons have no concern whatsoever with Us and that by using our website you expressly agree that We cannot, in any way whatsoever, be responsible for the same. You hereby release and forever discharge us from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims and demands for, upon or by reasons of any damage, loss or injury, which hereafter may be sustained by the same. This release extends and applies to and also covers and includes, all unknown, unforeseen, unanticipated and unsuspected injuries, damages, loss and liabilities and the consequence thereof.

Similarly, participation in any media programmes or game shows through/via our website or use of our website through participation in any media program does not guarantee any gifts, prizes, rewards or benefits of any nature whatsoever or by whatever name they are or may be called; as such, visiting our website cannot be construed as admission of any liability and acceptance of any responsibility for the same and for any losses, damages, costs, expenses that may be suffered as a consequence or result thereof.
